Yes. Our outdoor sensors carry an IP65 weatherproof rating, meaning they are fully protected against dust and water jets from any direction. They have been tested in forests, heavy rain, snow, and extreme temperature conditions across the United States.

The outdoor sensors are solar-powered with built-in rechargeable batteries, providing continuous operation without frequent battery replacement. In low sunlight conditions, the battery maintains charge from previously stored solar energy. Most customers report going months without any manual charging.

Yes! eMACROS systems support up to 64 sensors and unlimited receivers, letting you expand coverage across long driveways, multiple entry points, detached garages, barns, sheds, and back yards. Each zone can have a unique chime alert so you always know exactly where activity was detected.

The eMACROS Pro 3 and Pro 4 systems connect exclusively to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. They do NOT support 5GHz networks. Before purchasing a Wi-Fi model, please verify your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz band. Most modern dual-band routers support both — check your router settings or contact your internet provider.

eMACROS offers a 24-month warranty on all products. If you experience any product defects or are not satisfied with the product during the warranty period, contact us at macross.service@outlook.com and we will provide a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.

No. eMACROS driveway alarm systems are motion-alert systems only. They detect movement and send chime alerts or app notifications, but do not include a camera, do not record video, and do not pair directly with third-party camera systems. This makes them privacy-friendly, simple, and legally uncomplicated to operate anywhere in the US.
